Yes, we use United States Postal Service International Shipping. Rates range from $14.95-$24.95. Please be advised it may take 2-4 weeks for shipments to arrive.

Do you cover customs, or import taxes and tariffs?

No, buyers are responsible for all customs, import taxes and tariffs that may apply. Buyers who refuse payment for customs, import taxes and tariffs will not be refunded for any reason. For information about your countries possible fees, please contact your local Post Office or Customs agency.

How long does it take for orders to ship?

My package has been lost in transit, can you replace it?

What is your return and exchange policy?

Given the handcrafted nature of our products, we are unable to process returns for opened products. In the event that your order is damaged or there is an issue with the product, kindly send a photo to info@zabanaessentials.com, and we will promptly dispatch a replacement.

*Organic, We source as many Organic ingredients as possible from reputable Certified Organic suppliers, that may be available at a given time.

Product Shelf Life
