What is your return and exchange policy?

We stand behind our products and we want you to have a wonderful experience. If you are unsatisfied in any way, please contact us by email info@zabanaessentials.com. We can be reached Monday through Friday, 8 am to 6pm PST. We will try our best to remedy the issue and provide you with the best customer service and experience with Zabana Essentials.  Any damages or discrepancies with your order should be addressed within 5 days of receiving order.


What method of shipping do you use?

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service using Standard First Class & Priority services. If you need to rush your order please email info@zabanaessentials.com, we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, we use Unites States Postal Service International Shipping. Rates range from $14.95-$24.95. Please be advised it may take 2-4 weeks for shipments to arrive.

Do you cover customs, or import taxes and tariffs?

No, buyers are responsible for all customs, import taxes and tariffs that may apply. Buyers who refuse payment of customs, import taxes and tariffs will not be refunded for any reason. For information about your countries possible fees, please contact your local Post Office or Customs agency.

How long does it take for orders to ship?

Usually 3-5 business days. We are a small handcrafted company, in some cases during sales periods orders may take longer to ship due to high volume, our effort is to get your items out to you as soon as possible, please note that your purchase during a sale may take up to 10 business days due to high volume. If you need your order rushed please email us after you have placed your order and we will do our best to get your order to you asap. ***Please be advised Deodorants & Deodorant Detox Bars are in high demand at the moment, therefore your shipment may take up to 5-7 business days to process***

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes when you spend $75.00 or more.

My package has been lost in transit, can you replace it?

Once packages have been handed over to USPS we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages during transit or upon arrival to the destination. We want to provide you with the best customer service, so please email us at info@zabanaessentials.com and we will do our best to provide a solution.

Can ZE Dry Shampoo be used on any hair color?

Yes, we have tested our Dry Shampoo's on the lightest to the darkest shades of hair color. When applied correctly the product will absorb excess oils and build up on all hair colors.

What is the product shelf life?

We do not use chemical preservatives, so we suggest that ZE products are used as soon as you get them to experience the benefits of the earth derived nutrients. Products last between 6 months to 1 year. If you have any specific questions email us at info@zabanaessentials.com.

I purchased one of your Dry Shampoo's and it says use a "Natural Bristled Brush" to distribute the product to the ends of hair. What kind of Natural Bristled Brush do you recommend?

Good question! We are a vegan company certified 100% Cruelty Free by Peta and do not recommend what so ever using a Boar Bristled Brush as we do not condone the Animal Cruelty that goes along with producing Boar Brushes. There are very few Vegan Alternative besides synthetic plastic bristled brushes that have been known to damage hair over long periods of use. We recommend using Sisal Brushes; the bristles are made from natural plant fibers.
